Disaster ReliefMarch 13-14

Enio Aguero, NAMB’s chaplaincy instructor, will be teaching the chaplaincy certification course at the Eastern Nebraska Baptist Association (ENBA) Offices in Omaha. Iowans who are interested in chaplaincy training are invited to attend.

Southern Baptist Disaster Relief has cooperated with the American Red Cross in developing effective disaster relief services, including chaplains who provide spiritual care. Mickey Caison, former national director for Southern Baptist Disaster Relief, reports that chaplains have provided ministry during many Southern Baptist Disaster Relief efforts following tornadoes, hurricanes, floods, wildfires, and terrorism.
