Wildwood Hills Ranch has served At‐Risk Youth from across the State of Iowa with a Christ-Centered approach since 2001 through their unique Next Steps programming. With their commitment to at-risk youth from abused, neglected, and impoverished backgrounds, Wildwood Hills Ranch serves over 1,000 individuals annually. In addition to their ministry to youth, Wildwood has also created ministry to Veterans. Their vision for the youth who come through their program is to equip them to finish high school and prepare them for college and the workforce. Wildwood seeks is to equip youth to cope with their personal challenges in healthy ways and engage in society in meaningful ways. Their programs allow them to live out their mission to transform lives and strengthen communities by providing healing, hope, and God’s unconditional love to children and youth at‐risk.

With 15 church partnerships in Ottumwa, Waterloo, and the Quad Cities, Wildwood is able to provide discipleship and follow-up services to the youth who come through their program. With a focus on sharing the gospel with their youth, Wildwood shares the good news of Jesus every Wednesday night of their programming to invite individuals across the faith line. Their staff and volunteers are trained to facilitate small groups that allow questions to be answered as they help students take their next steps in their spiritual life.
