In this session\, we will explore some of the most faithful and artful prayers in church history\, seeking to align our hearts with these words as we pray together. When we borrow language larger than our own\, from those who have gone before\, we find our hearts expanding\, our sense of rootedness deepening\, and our voices articulating wonderful praise to our everlasting King.  \n			 \n				\n				\n				1-2) Developing a Vision for Church Revitalization – Daniel Southwick\n				Speaker Bio: Daniel Southwick is pastor at Southern Hills Baptist Church in Sioux City.  \n			 \n				\n				\n				1-3) Rural Church Planting – Tim Kimberly\n				Speaker Bio: Tim Kimberly planted and pastors Sacred Mission Church in Collins\, Iowa.  \n			 \n				\n				\n				1-4) Hispanic Ministry Leaders Breakout – Israel Becerra\n				Speaker Bio: Israel Becerra is church planter and pastor at Kairos Church in Marshalltown\, Iowa.  \n			 \n			 \n				\n				\n				Breakout Session 2 • 3:15pm–4:15pm\n\n			 \n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				2-1) Abuse Prevention & Response – Jeff Dalrymple\n				Speaker Bio: Jeff Dalrymple is currently the Director of Abuse Prevention & Response at the SBC Executive Committee. Jeff formerly served as executive director of the Evangelical Council for Abuse Prevention\, a national association of Christian ministries committed to child and youth protection. In his role with the SBC Executive Committee\, Jeff serves as a catalyst to educate and equip Southern Baptists with abuse prevention and response. His leadership experience includes roles in public safety\, higher education\, non-governmental organizations\, and parachurch ministry. Jeff served as a vice president at Southern Seminary in Louisville from 2008-2016. In addition to implementing child protection programs at several ministries\, his experience includes organizational leadership\, team building\, communications\, development/fundraising\, hospitality\, conference & event planning\, international relations\, strategic planning\, revitalization\, and board governance. Jeff is based in Jacksonville\, Florida and is married to his wife Kristil and together they have four children.   \n			 \n				\n				\n				2-2) Discipleship Pathways – Ryan Johnston\n				Speaker Bio: Ryan Johnston serves the Send Network as a Regional Team Leader and Church Planting Leader (for Iowa\, Kansas\, Nebraska\, and the surrounding regions) He has worked in mobilizing college students for more than 25 years and also serves as a church planting catalyst. Ryan lives in Altoona\, Iowa\, with his wife and five kids.  \n			 \n				\n				\n				2-3) Developing a Gospel-Shaped Music Ministry – Dalton Shaffer\n				 Speaker Bio: Dalton Shaffer serves as Director of Music Ministry and Liturgy at Candeo Church in Cedar Falls\, Iowa\, bringing over a decade of experience leading worship and developing teams. He is passionate about training and sending worship leaders to plant and lead churches\, equipping the next generation to serve faithfully with theological depth\, spiritual conviction\, and musical excellence.  \n			 \n				\n				\n				2-4) Effective Women's Ministry – Kari Minter\n				Speaker Bio: Kari Minter serves as the BCI Pastors’ Wives Support Staff.
