Gift of the Month Club printable PDF
The Friendship Baptist Center, Des Moines, and Iowa WMU invite you and your church to join the Gift of the Month Club by donating items that are given away to people in the poverty-impacted neighborhood surrounding the Center.
January– diapers size 3, 4 or 5
February– Shampoo and soap
March- Laundry detergent- “pods” work best to hand out
April– Cleaning supplies (Clorox Bleach, dishwashing detergent, hand soap in dispensers)
May– Peanut butter, canned tuna or chicken
June– Baby Wipes
July– School Supplies- pens, pencils, markers, crayons, loose leaf paper
August– Walmart gift Cards
September– new items for our Kids’ Store- example: grade school level books, slinkies, coloring books, jewelry, games
October– Bibles- CEV
November- Ziploc Bags- one gallon size
December– Fruit Cups- less sugar ones
Please no used items. If you would like to donate used items, we do receive gently use clothing.
