College Ministry Fall Kickoff Funds

Because of the importance that we place on reaching the next generation, the BCI is strongly supportive of collegiate ministry. We are offering a matching grant for established collegiate ministries’ start-up events at the beginning of the school year each fall. Following the event, please provide a short write-up (300-500 words) of the event and a few photos.

Program Details

    • Collegiate Ministry Kickoff Event funds are available for existing collegiate ministries.
    • Matching funds are available for up to $5/attendee, up to half the cost of the event. For example, if an event has 100 students in attendance and costs over $1000, the BCI will provide up to half (in this case $500) in funding.
    • The maximum grant for any kickoff event is $5000.
    • Requests must be completed by July 31st.
    • The funds will be sent after the event.
    • You will receive initial approval for an amount based on your request, but the final amount will be determined based upon attendance reported after the event.

Step-by-step Process

  1. Complete the Annual Statistics form for your college ministry by June 30thClick here for this form.
  2. Complete the Fall Kickoff Funds Request form by July 31stClick here for this form.
  3. Email a write-up of your event and photos to Chase Abner within 7 days after your kickoff event.
