SBC National Entities
As always, we will have representatives from each of our SBC national entities to hear from Iowa church leaders and help us engage with what is happening around the nation. We will have representatives from the International Mission Board, North American Mission Board, and the Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission.
Theological education is important part of a leadership development process, for both new and established leaders. Our theological education partners in attendance will be Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Southwest Baptist University, and the Elliff Center for Missions from Oklahoma Baptist University.
Pastor & Church Leader Services
On hand to answer your questions will be several partner ministries that exist to serve pastors and church leaders in the areas of finances and insurance. The Church Ambassador Network from The Family Leader works to help Iowa pastors meet with Iowa legislators for prayer. And, new for this year, BCI has partnered with the Full Strength Network to provide counseling and coaching services for BCI pastors and churches.
Outreach & Service Organizations
We will have many gospel-centered serving ministries represented as well. In the area of pro-life crisis pregnancy and family housing centers we will have Agape Pregnancy Center, Alpha Women’s Center, Single Parent Provision, and Obria Medical Clinics. Wings of Refuge is a housing ministry for victims of trafficking. In the area of ministries that serve poverty-impacted communities, we will have The Friendship Center and Home for Awhile. We also have a new partnership with pre-foster care ministry Together for Good.
