BCI has launched “The Mission Innovate Podcast” a brand new podcast devoted to helping church leaders take their next step to multiply disciples, churches, and mission to fulfill the Great Commission.
Episode 1: What are the 5 Values of BCI?
In this first episode of the Mission Innovate podcast, we’re talking with Tim Lubinus, Executive Director and Treasurer of the Baptist Convention of Iowa. We’re discussing the changes that have occurred in the convention in the last few years and how our newly clarified values will shape how we help churches in the future. The 5 BCI values that we discuss with Tim are Strategic Stewardship, Championing Churches, Promoting Partnerships, Increasing Innovation, and Catalytic Coaching.
About the Podcast
Each episode of the Mission Innovate Podcast will be around 30 minutes long and feature interviews with pastors, BCI staff, and other church leaders. We anticipate releasing podcasts in multiple “seasons” of 5 to 8 episodes throughout the year. Topics that will be covered include:
