Are you looking to grow and improve your church ministry team? Look no further than the BCI Cultivation Co-Op Lunch & Learn event on May 23rd!

Who is this event for?

This event is for anyone involved in church ministry, whether you are a staff member or volunteer. We encourage you to bring at least one other team member to make the most of this learning opportunity.

Guest Speaker: Pastor Matt Heerema

At the event, you will have the chance to hear from Matt Heerema, Lead Pastor of Stonebrook Church in Ames. He will encourage us on the idea that doing gospel ministry as a team is better than doing it alone. No matter where you are at in leadership and how well (or not well) it’s going, we all need to sharpen our thoughts and ideas to steward the leadership responsibility God has given us.

But that’s not all! This event is also an excellent opportunity to add to your skill set and gain motivation to do the hard work of building the leadership team in your church. The Lunch & Learn format allows for a relaxed and informal setting where you can network with other church leaders and learn from their experiences.
