The countdown to the 2023 BCI Pastors Conference & Annual Meeting has officially begun! Iowa Southern Baptists will be converging at the First Family Church in Ankeny on November 3rd and 4th for this much-anticipated event, a time to unite, celebrate, and embrace the spirit of togetherness.
This year, there’s an exciting new feature that promises to make the experience even more accessible and family-friendly: childcare services for both the Friday and Saturday events!
Making the Annual Meeting Fun for the Whole Family
In our continuous commitment to make the Annual Meeting a hospitable and welcoming event, we are thrilled to introduce childcare services for children aged 5th grade and under. This is a significant step forward in ensuring that pastors, wives, and any other church leaders can fully participate in this gathering without any concerns about their little ones.

Cost is Free But Registration is Required
To ensure that we have the appropriate resources and staff to cater to your children, registration for childcare is required. Please remember to register your child separately for both the Pastors Conference and the Annual Meeting, as not all attendees will be participating in both events.
Lunch and Dinner Provided
We want your children to have an enjoyable and fulfilling time while you are engaged in the Annual Meeting. That’s why we will provide lunch and dinner during the Pastors Conference and lunch during the Annual Meeting, so your children won’t miss a meal or a moment of fun.
