In the New Testament we see the local church appoint elders to give themselves to the ministries of prayer and the study of the word. They are to preach the word and protect the flock. Yet, in modern-day culture, the role of leaders within a local church can be the source of conflict as elders struggle to understand their role and responsibilities in relationship to other elders and staff members in the church.
This workshop will provide church leaders with the tools they need to navigate the natural sea of challenges that can confront them as they seek to lead their church under the authority of the Word of God and the power of the Holy Spirit.
