Four Oaks Family Connections would like to invite all churches to a virtual event to discuss how churches can get involved in foster care, both in recruitment and ongoing support of foster families in the church. Iowa has seen a significant decline in foster families since 2020 and finding a sufficient number of homes to care for vulnerable youth is more difficult than ever. Four Oaks believes churches are a great place to find stable families to care for children. Church staff and church attenders are invited to join virtually on January 23 at 12:00pm.
