We are excited to invite you to a special one-day roundtable, The Healing Leader – Healthy Leaders Building Healing Communities, hosted by Reach Iowa Together (RIT) in partnership with the ministry Nothing is Wasted. RIT has been a long-time partner ministry of the Baptist Convention of Iowa, and we are grateful for Ed Gregory’s leadership in this initiative over the years.
Leadership for Healing in Your Church
This event is designed to help pastors and church leaders address tragedy, trauma, and life transitions in their congregations. You’ll gain valuable insights on:
- The six stages of leadership development, with a focus on overcoming the crisis stage.
- How to support those experiencing trauma.
- An introduction to an 11-week Pain to Purpose course to guide your congregation from hurt to healing.
