Interested in serving with Iowa Disaster Relief? BCI church members are invited to join our Disaster Relief training event in Chariton.

We are excited about our upcoming trainings on Saturday, May 31st that will be hosted by Cornerstone Community Church in Chariton. This is for disaster relief training for new or returning volunteers. Register now and get equipped to serve!

SCHEDULE:
- 9:00am – Welcome & Announcements
- 9:15am – DR 101
- 10:15am – Break
- 10:30am – Training Session 1: Mass Feeding OR Flood Recovery
- 12:30pm – Lunch
- 1:00pm – Training Session 2: Shower/Laundry OR Chainsaw
- 3:00pm – End

Cost for new volunteers is $35 and includes the following:
- Background check
- ID Badge
- IowaDR volunteer hat & shirt
- All training for the three years covered by the background check.
The registration fee of $35 can be paid online via the IowaDR Donation page.
