The NAMB Sending Lab is a one-day, collaborative workshop designed to help churches develop a clear vision and plan for becoming sending churches. Facilitated by SEND Network, this experience will guide you in identifying potential church planters, developing leaders, and creating practical pathways for sending. You’ll learn alongside other pastors and leaders, engage real ministry challenges, and leave with actionable next steps tailored to your church’s context.

This Sending Lab is especially ideal for churches in the eastern half of Iowa, but this is also the final Sending Lab of the year, so all churches are welcome. This training also prepares churches for the NAMB Residency Builder (Dec 1–2 in Ankeny).
