As a participant you will:
- Meet FEMA Region VII liaisons who will be available to discuss FEMA’s Faithful Readiness Initiative involving the faith communities throughout the region.
- Be introduced to FEMA’s booklet, “Developing a High Quality Emergency Operations Plan for your House of Worship” by staff from the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships.
- Connect with new partners ready to help support your house of worship members prepare for emergencies
