On September 8th, First Family Church celebrated our 15 year anniversary! The whole day was a celebration of God’s faithful and goodness, which included baptisms, a documentary of the FFC story as well as ending the day with our annual Party in the Parking Lot. The Party in the Parking Lot is an outreach event that has the goal of inviting our neighbors to join us in what God is doing at FFC. We served a great meal, rented inflatables for the kids, had a dunk tank, and encouraged our members to greet and build relationships with visitors who showed up to enjoy the fun. The event drew a huge crowd again this year, which included many first time visitors to our church. We were able to pass out over a hundred cards with upcoming events to families who came. This event continues to introduce our neighbors to our church and invite them to join us for our weekly gatherings or small groups.
