Colleges and universities across Iowa are filled with the future leaders of our state. This is a critical time for these young people as they formulate their world views and make decisions about the purpose and direction of their lives.
Iowa’s campus ministers and church leaders know that this is one of the most open times for students to hear and evaluate the claims of Christ on their lives. They will be exposed to many competing voices and messages, and they need to hear the biblical view.
The university setting is also an ideal place for development of future church leaders. The Baptist Foundation (of Iowa) is providing assistance for five collegeiate interns who are serving on college campuses this year. Please pray specifically for these campus leaders:

- Pray that God would bring students into their lives who are open to the claims of Christ.
- Pray for Christian students to find needed fellowship and encouragement to solidify their faith during their university studies.
- Pray for the development of student leadership on each campus and that seniors graduating would see the Great Commission as a life changing calling.
