New Send Network Director for Iowa
– Todd Stiles
The North American Mission Board and Send Network are key partners in church planting across Iowa. We’re excited to share this update from the Send Network team about a new leadership role for one of our own—Pastor Todd Stiles of First Family Church.
Here’s the announcement from Ryan Johnston, Send Network’s Midwest Regional Team Leader.

We are thrilled to announce that Dr. Todd Stiles will be stepping into the role of Send Network Director for Iowa. Todd currently serves as the lead pastor of First Family Church and will continue in that role while also taking on this new responsibility. First Family Church has been a leading multiplying church within BCI and this new role with Send Network will further amplify what he and his church are already doing—now with even greater traction and wider impact, Lord willing. He will be responsible for the implementation of the Send Network church planting strategy in Iowa in order that we might see more churches planting churches across the state.
Over the years, Todd has consistently demonstrated generosity toward Kingdom work, a deep love for pastors and church planters, a servant’s heart for helping others step into their calling, and a passion for seeing lives transformed by the gospel. His leadership has been exemplary, and we believe God has raised him up for such a time as this to help lead the way forward.
Todd officially began his new responsibilities on May 1. We remain deeply committed to the vision of seeing every man, woman, and child in Iowa have access to the gospel. Today marks a significant and exciting moment to be part of the Send Network and BCI family.
