ERIC SCHUMACHER TAKES ON EXPANDED FULL-TIME ROLE TO LEAD PASTOR AND CHURCH CONNECTIONS TEAM AT BCI
BCI welcomes its latest addition to the team, Eric Schumacher, who has transitioned from a part-time role to becoming the full-time Pastoral Ministry Director.
This development reflects the growing importance of his role within the organization. Eric will now assume the responsibility of overseeing the Pastor and Church Connections Team (PCCT), a vital aspect of BCI’s mission. His extensive pastoral experience equips him perfectly for this role, ensuring that he can effectively connect with pastors across the state of Iowa. For the past 9 years, Eric has served as Associate Pastor at Grand Avenue Baptist Church in Ames. This move to full-time status demonstrates BCI’s commitment to meeting the essential needs of BCI pastors by providing dedicated and comprehensive leadership for church connections and support.
