Southern Baptist Disaster Relief (SBDR) is seeking to hire college age students to work this summer on national travel teams.
Students will be trained in all areas of Disaster Relief and mobilized to meet immediate needs of those affected by disasters. The summer experience will also include personal growth and character building.
This is an eight-week commitment and all students will need to complete and submit a student missionary application through NAMB. Each student will receive a stipend for the summer. All transportation expenses will be covered by NAMB and SBDR. To access the application go to mymobilizeme.namb.net.
If you know of a student who would be interested in serving this summer with Disaster Relief, please let me know. I would love to discuss this new opportunity with you. If you have questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
