Stonebridge Church hosted their annual Trunk-or-Treat event in Boone, reaching nearly 3,000 people. Stonebridge partnered with the Boone Chamber and Shop With A Cop to highlight their church to the community. Previously Shop With A Cop raised around two hundred dollars from this event, but this year almost one thousand dollars was donated. That money will be used to buy warm clothes and gifts for families in need. Officer Palmer, a member of Stonebridge church and overseer of the program was blown away by the generosity.

The Baptist Convention of Iowa provided funds to the event, some of which was used to rent some bounce houses. While the children played  Stonebridge members interacted with parents. Over 20 families asked for information about our church meeting times and children’s ministry programs.

Each year the event grows and Stonebridge demonstrates their love for their neighbors while spreading the gospel through outreach.
