Three Upward Basketball/Soccer Camps were held at Heartland Baptist Stuart, New Bridge Winterset and Hosanna-Live, Love, Laugh during the week of July 25-29.A mission team from Knox County Baptist Association made their 9th trip to the Metro Association to help these churches engage their communities through sports camps. Hosanna had 16 participants and 1 profession of faith, Stuart had 13 participants with no decisions but several parent contacts and New Bridge Winterset had 33 participants with 3 professions of faith.
These sports camps are the result of a 10 year partnership the Metro Association has with the Knox County Baptist Association that is still bearing fruit.
