National Day of Prayer

The Baptist Convention of Iowa with its partnering churches encourages you to participate in the National Day of Prayer, Thursday, May 2.  Commit some time during May 2, 2013 to pray for our Nation, our nation’s leaders, our families, co-workers, friends, and even our enemies.

The mission of the National Day of Prayer is to mobilize prayer in America and to encourage personal repentance and righteousness in the culture.

Take courage! God always carries us to a specific place, for a specific service, fully equipped to do the job as long as we keep our eyes on Him.

Keep your eyes on Him and remember that He never takes His eyes off of you. If He called you to it, He will walk (on water) with you through it! To God be the Glory!  Pray!
