Pastor Ricky Rohrig, Sr. joined the Iowa Right to Life Speakers Bureau in mid April. Rohrig is the founding pastor of Crossroads Community Church in Red Oak and serves on the Executive Board of the Baptist Convention of Iowa.
Pastor Rohrig was adopted when he was 3 days old. His biological mother was 15 in 1973, the same year that Roe v. Wade passed. She gave him the ultimate gift, life.
“I am excited to minister alongside Iowa Right to Life”, stated Pastor Rohrig, Sr. “In today’s counter culture, it is important and imperative for Christians to stand up for what we believe in.”
“Iowa Right to Life is on the forefront and is the largest Pro-Life organization in our state. They offer support, guidance, training and information to equip Pro-Lifers to be educated, well-versed, cognizant and prepared to defend, protect, support and to preserve life from the moment of conception until a person’s last breath.”
