In case you missed it, BCI pastors and certain church staff members who have a retirement account through Guidestone should have received a small boost to their retirement account. As part of the BCI Expansion Plan, as approved by the BCI Executive Board last year, BCI pastors with a Guidestone retirement account should have received $240 in retirement funds for 2021. This is just another small way that we collectively show appreciation and honor to our faithful pastors.

What Are the Benefits of a Guidestone Retirement?

BCI has a partnership with Guidestone Financial Services to offer many benefits to BCI pastors and certain full-time staff members. Some of the benefits of the BCI/Guidestone partnership include:

Who Is Eligible for These Benefits?

Any BCI pastor or full-time church staff members serving in one of the following four positions is eligible to receive the Guidestone benefits:

If you are a BCI pastor and don’t have a Guidestone account yet, you can join today to take advantage of the many Guidestone benefits provided through BCI. Use this link to register for a new account through the Guidestone website.

HOW TO SIGN UP?

How can church leaders sign up for this new retirement benefit? Enrollment is automatic for any leader who meets the two eligibility requirements listed above. For leaders not yet in the GuideStone system, the first step is to start a retirement account.
