Administrative Coordinator Mandy Stenberg leaving BCI Staff after 5 years of faithful service – Thank you for your service, Mandy!

After 5 years of faithful service on BCI staff, Mandy Stenberg will be transitioning out of the role of Administrative Coordinator as of June. As Administrative Coordinator, Mandy was responsible for many different tasks over the years, including coordinating BCI events, monitoring BCI correspondence, serving as our financial secretary, leading our VBS training and children’s ministry initiatives, leading the ONE Conference and related women’s ministry events.

Five Years of Service at BCI

Mandy started serving on staff at BCI in 2017 with various administrative responsibilities. Mandy excelled in keeping the BCI office organized and executing better events. Mandy helped develop and implement new processes to honor and serve BCI pastors and church leaders. Her responsibilities changed many times over the years as administrative needs changed. Mandy has always provided warm service with a friendly face.

In addition to enjoying more time at home with her husband Mark and their 3 sons, Mandy indicated that she will be focusing her attention on leading the ONE Women’s Conference, which she co-founded in 2015. She will also explore new opportunities for work that will provide flexibility in their family schedule. “What I’ll miss most is the time spent serving church leaders and the relationships that I’ve built up over the years,” said Mandy. “I’m glad that I’ll be able to maintain many of those connections even while not on staff.”

A Heart of Service & Love

“We’ve loved having Mandy on BCI staff for the last 5 years,” said BCI Executive Director Tim Lubinus. “She’s done a great job of making our events helpful, positive, and productive experiences. We are grateful for her investment in BCI, its pastors, and the other church leaders that we have the privilege of serving. I was honored to serve alongside Mandy for many years in many different roles. We will miss her!”

“Anyone who knows Mandy knows the enthusiasm and joy she brings to her job,” BCI Associate Executive Director Chris Eller added. “Mandy truly loves people and is a great encourager. Her impact has especially been felt by the women of the BCI churches, both as a leader and a friend.”

Thank You, Mandy!

On behalf of the BCI Executive Board and staff team, we want to thank Mandy for her diligent work through the years. Mandy has been a joyful and faithful staff member who has contributed in innumerable ways! God bless!
