Have you received your automatic retirement benefit from BCI?

The Baptist Convention of Iowa (BCI) recently contributed $20,000 to provide retirement benefits for 83 pastors and church staff members. To qualify, individuals must have a retirement plan through Guidestone, our preferred partner for retirement and investment plans, and hold one of four key full-time positions in a BCI church: Pastor, Associate Pastor, Youth Leader, or Worship Leader.

This contribution is automatically deposited into the retirement accounts of eligible individuals, reinforcing our commitment to their long-term financial well-being. The initiative aligns with our mission of “Helping church leaders multiply disciples, churches, and mission” because it is an investment in healthy church leaders who will be best positioned to lead healthy, thriving churches.

If you don’t have a retirement plan set up with Guidestone yet, get started now to be eligible to receive this benefit next year. Learn more about the many benefits available to our church leaders through Guidestone below.
