Youth ministry leaders across Iowa are invited to connect through the Central Iowa Youth Worker Luncheons led by Jonathan Meyer. These free gatherings are designed to encourage youth pastors, volunteers, and student ministry leaders through practical discussion, shared learning, helpful resources, and meaningful connection with others serving students.

Youth Ministry Coaching for BCI Churches
In addition to the luncheons, Jonathan also offers free Youth Ministry Coaching Calls for BCI churches. These one-on-one conversations are an opportunity to ask questions, receive practical feedback, and be encouraged in your local ministry context.
One Iowa volunteer youth leader shared, “I heard that Jonathan was available to help, but I thought he wouldn’t have time for or be applicable to the volunteer youth guy at a small church. I was wrong!”
