Hosted by Send Network Iowa and the Baptist Convention of Iowa, One Day brings together two nationally respected leaders for a day of biblical encouragement and practical ministry training. Tony Merida will lead the preaching track, while Brian Croft will focus on the work of shepherding and pastoral care.

One Day is a full-day gathering for pastors, church leaders, and church planters built around two key ministry priorities: preaching and shepherding. Morning sessions bring everyone together around the Word and prayer. After lunch, four ministry tracks (Preaching, Shepherding, Women, Hispanic) give each group focused time with practitioners who have spent decades in the work.
