Northwest Iowa Childrens CampChildren and staff earned the title by receiving on-the-job hero training at the Northwest/Southwest Iowa Children’s Camp held June 17th through the 21st on the Goodwill Camp grounds in South Sioux City. Pastor Ken Kraft relayed stories of the heroes of the Bible and reminded everyone to “Let no one despise your youth; instead, you should be an example to the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.” 1 Timothy 4:12. Campers enjoyed swimming, chapel, crafts, missions lessons, outdoor games, campfires, making new friends and learning that Jesus is the only true Superhero.
